Madi arrived in Osorno June 2, 2009 at about 2:30 Chile Time. her plane was an hour late because they had to make an extra stop due to weather. She and Hermanas Stout, McMaster and Wisenhunt traveled for over 31 hours from the Provo MTC to the Osorno airport. Madi called home that night. She said they arrived to the welcoming arms of President and Sister Lovell and some other missionaries there. She already loves President and Sister Lovell. She said the meal she had on the plane was the best meal she has had since she entered the MTC. Madi also said that the meal she had at the mission home was delicious and mentioned some kind of scone that she loved! She will be emailing us on Monday. We are anxious to hear where she is serving and who her companion is. Madi sounded great on the phone! I am so grateful that she is in the loving and capable care of President and Sister Lovell!
